We paid extra for another bed, but what we got was poor quality and didn't seem worth the charge. The staff were rude and uncooperative, with no urgency or care when we raised concerns. The bedsheets and blankets were filthy, with visible vomit stains. My stay was a complete nightmare, with very poor service throughout. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Management needs to take serious action on cleanliness and staff training.

The room was well kept, and the washroom was very clean. Staff were helpful the whole time, and even though the hotel is by the highway, traffic noise wasn't a problem. We had a great stay and would choose it again on our next trip along this route.

Housekeeping was prompt, and the hygiene standards were excellent. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay in a clean, well-maintained room with all the essentials. The polite, responsive staff, including Mr.Sanjog, made check-in and check-out smooth.

I have been coming here regularly since 2020, and the standards have become ten times better since 2023-24. Ms. Eeba and the whole team are supportive, welcoming guests from arrival through departure and keeping the property clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with a large bed, water bottles, and clean bathrooms stocked with toiletries. The kitchen prepares tasty food from the menu, with buffet breakfast and hygienic room service. On the NH-6 service road outside Sambalpur, it's easy to reach the industrial areas and continue onward. There's ample parking and a security guard.

The rooms are good and clean enough for a 7/10, but a few things I'd expect at a 3 star hotel were missing: a toothbrush set, disposable slippers, a tea or coffee kit, paper napkins, and a luggage rack.
