At around 11 at night, I was told I couldn't check in unless I brought a physical ID, since they wouldn't accept a digital copy. The rooms smelled awful too. I’ve attached photos of the room. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited.
The staff were polite and room service was good, and the location is convenient. But the room itself was very old and dirty, with a stained blanket and a dirty water jug. The window was broken and held together with wire, and there was a large beehive on the ledge.
I wasn't happy with the room condition, so I made a complaint. I'd booked the hotel through its owner a month earlier. The room service was nice, though, and the restaurant food was very good.
Really bad service from my experience. The staff weren't helpful, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Good quality food, nice rooms, and a bar too. One of the best hotels.
