Hill Side 23 Villa

The staff were friendly, and the food was fabulous. The farmhouse was beautifully designed and comfortable, with a lovely escape into nature. I’d love to return.

The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view. Its peaceful setting was great for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the caretaker was polite, helpful, and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Wi-Fi was slow at times, and the food quality could be better.

We weren’t satisfied with the service or facilities for the price. Food options were very limited, it didn’t get cleaned by the caretakers, and food didn’t arrive on time. Indoor and outdoor games were poor too. There was no carrom board, and after we asked, they provided badminton and cock. The place wasn’t as clean as it should be or as shown in the Google images. Bathroom facilities were very poor: the jet spray didn’t work, and although the geyser ran, there was no hot water, so it was unusable.

The view was the one nice thing, but the pool wasn’t big enough and there wasn’t much room for games or playing. The food was okay. Worst management and worst villa I’ve ever stayed in.
