We only came for dinner, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The ambience was okay but nothing special, and the food and service didn’t meet our expectations. The paneer chilli starter was a small portion and tasted decent, nothing memorable. We ordered paneer kaju masala but were served kaju masala instead; that was decent too, though my mom makes it much better. The half jeera rice was also just okay. One man was handling everything, from taking orders and clearing plates to wiping tables, so service took a long time. They really need more staff. I wouldn’t come back if I wanted to save money.

Mr. Thomas made our meal especially memorable. He was warm and attentive from the minute we arrived, treated us like family, and checked that we were comfortable. His service was prompt and he took genuine care to make everything right. We had a wonderful dining experience and look forward to returning.

There’s no power backup here, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast orders like idli and poha took over 30 minutes, and staff kept saying it was on the way. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Coffee took nearly an hour. I watched people leave frustrated by the delays, while the manager didn’t seem to care. Horrific service.

Everything we ordered arrived in under five minutes, with no wait at all. We stopped in for a quick lunch, and the food was delicious. A must for food lovers. I’d like to bring my family here one day.
