The hotel is in a remote spot, 5 km from the Mumbai-Pune highway, and I don't think the property is worth the price. Mr. Harshad quoted 1800 Rs / day for one room for a couple, with two meals included. We confirmed it twice and paid an advance, but at the property he argued that the quote was for one person, making it 3600 Rs/day for the room.

The food, both Veg & Non Veg, was excellent, but everything else was disappointing. During monsoon the rooms were bad and stinky, with fungus on the bedsheets and pillows. When we complained, the staff, who seemed unprofessional and in need of training, arrogantly told us not to come back if we didn't like it. A waste of time, money, and energy. I wouldn't recommend it for families, especially in monsoon.

We were on a family trip, and Manager Mr. Sandesh arranged interconnected rooms for us. He and his wife set up our anniversary dinner near the swimming pool, and the day before Mr. Aaryan arranged dinner in the party area, which had beautiful views. The food was very good, the staff supportive, and the location was good.

The staff were hospitable and cooperative, and the food was delicious and not overpriced, but service was downright bad. We waited an hour for breakfast for two. The hotel is 6km outside Lonavla. Our room wasn't very clean at check-in, towels, soap, and napkins were missing, and during our four-day stay nobody took the initiative to clean it.
