It was peaceful and quiet here, helped by the property's location close to the river. The host was friendly and very cooperative, which made our stay even better. The place was neat and well maintained, the pool was clean, and the kitchen food tasted homely and good.
The sunrise was breathtaking, and the farm sits beside a beautiful river in lovely green surroundings. Our Guitargiri Community came to Annapoorna Farms for a one-day event and had a fantastic time. It’s family-friendly, with a clean pool, a kids’ play area and a garden. We liked the educational touches: slates that identify the trees and posters showing bird species that visit. The rooms combine comfort and style, with an old-world look and full air-conditioning. Bathrooms and washrooms are separate but attached to the rooms, which is convenient. The in-house canteen serves delicious lunch, dinner and snacks. There’s plenty of parking and even an EV charging station. You can stay in a room or try their well-managed tents. The management was excellent, and I highly recommend the place.

The riverside sunrise point really stayed with me. I attended an overnight retreat organised by the GuitarGiri community, and the resort had a calm, serene atmosphere surrounded by nature. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast and other meals were delicious. The staff were exceptionally warm and courteous, making the stay comfortable. It’s well suited to meditation, yoga and reflective gatherings, and I found the experience enriching and rejuvenating.
We were a group of 10 at Annapoorna Farms. The estate is about 27 acres, with a pool and an area for tennis and other games. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with two double beds and room for four people each. Our stay was comfortable. The food was excellent and tasty, especially the sheera. Fish comes from outside Karjat, so I’d prefer chicken, which was just as tasty as the vegetarian spread. The staff and service were helpful.
