OYO 15543 Rishivan Resort

They promised a lot for the New Year event party and charged almost 900 Rs per person from the seven of us, but there was hardly anything that felt like an event. It felt like we were at a school gathering. The authorities were busy with their relatives instead of dealing with customer concerns. One hotel staff member answered us very rudely: "hamara restort hai event hamare hisaab se chalega , agar tumhare he hisab se chalana hai toh logo se paise lekar fraud Krna band kr doh." The food was awful too. The management is full of fraud people. Never choose this place. I said never.....

The AC wasn't working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The lobby was dirty and badly maintained, and there seemed to be a shortage of bathroom staff, leading to poor cleanliness. The food was extremely unhygienic and not up to standard. My experience at Hotel Rishivan was very disappointing. The hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, service, and maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it in its current condition.

The rooms were decent, the service excellent, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The food and dining service were also up to the mark. It's a great location if you're planning a family visit to imagicaa. Thanks to Mr. Pushkar Jha for being so helpful with our early check-in and late check-out.

The curtains were see-through, so the girls with us felt really uncomfortable because workers at a nearby building could see into the whole room. The staff also didn’t respond well, and the AC wasn’t working. The food was really bad, especially if you’re vegetarian. They have contacts with drivers and wouldn’t let Uber drivers enter the resort. Very bad experience for the money. Choose a different hotel in Khopoli.
