PANACHE by VG

Our first team outing was a blast. The food at lunch and for evening snacks was delicious, and after that we played cricket and stayed up late talking. We had a very exciting time meeting and introducing ourselves in the hall. The hall and bed arrangements were really good, and every wall had handmade paintings. Then we played volleyball for almost four hours, which was mind-blowing. Awesome 💯

We had a great time. The food tasted like it was made with love, the staff were nice and the place was clean. It's about 5 km from Lonavala station, and the projector for movies was a nice, uncommon extra. Will visit again.

There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, with three bedrooms and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen where it was easy to cook. The pool was fantastic for soaking up the sun and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the villa for a relaxing getaway.

The only part we enjoyed was listening to music on the lounge projector. The villa needs refurbishing, and the one we found didn't match the pictures. The location was easy to get to, but sheets were stained and unclean, the bathtub looked awful, and the tap in the open bathtub and shower area was broken. There was no hot water in that area or any of the bathrooms. The large poolside umbrella shown in the picture was broken too. It was raining, so we couldn't really enjoy the pool area, and some covered space would have helped, but it had been represented falsely. Worst of all, there were no towels or hand towels. The caretaker kept forgetting even after we called several times. We eventually rang the owner to ask them to get him to bring some quickly, and he did, but the towels were dirty too. There was also a leak, with water dripping from the ceiling in the lounge, bathroom and one bedroom. It wasn't worth it at all.
