The in-house chef’s food was excellent and easily the best part of the stay. Ajay and Santosh were good too. But for the price, the service overall didn’t meet expectations. We were there for two nights and had several check-in issues: one room’s AC wasn’t working, lunch was ordered from outside rather than freshly made in-house, and there wasn’t much of it. We’d asked for milk for the kids in advance, but it arrived almost four hours after check-in. We also had Wi-Fi issues.

The staff were courteous and helpful, but the property has worn down a lot. It used to be luxurious and beautiful, but now it feels very old and poorly maintained. Paint has peeled, and the repainting doesn’t look good. Things are broken and only patched up enough to work. For the price, it’s definitely not worth staying here.

The caretaker was the only good part of this place. The poolside changing room didn’t work, the shelves and cupboards were poorly maintained, shelves were cracked, and the sofa was worn. There wasn’t a single TV on the premises, which was a letdown. With the rain making outside unpleasant, our group was stuck playing cards in the evening. The property is insanely expensive for what it offers. I’d suggest choosing a resort with better amenities and overall management. I don’t plan to return, and the rest of my team felt the same. Dinner was another letdown. The food was bland, and the soup seemed more suited to someone who was sick. Our menu was changed because an item was unavailable, but the replacement wasn’t great either. We ordered Chinese and shahi-tukda. Maybe something more local would have worked better.

The cricket pitch was the highlight for us, and we had a great time using it. The villa was easy to find, clean throughout, and had lovely interiors. Food service was epic, and the caretaker was helpful and took care of all our requests. It can comfortably fit around 10 people. We had a great weekend and would recommend it to corporate or family groups.

We came with my siblings and their families, a pretty big group, and had a great time together. The greenery around the villa makes it feel lovely, while it’s still easy to get to. It’s grand and well decorated inside and out, with plenty of outdoor games or a pool to relax by. Staying here should be a phenomenal experience. I’d recommend Casa Blanca to friends and family.
