The villa is spacious and comfortable, with attractive interiors, clean rooms, and lush surroundings. Check-in went smoothly, and the polite, attentive staff made the stay pleasant. The location and amenities are nice, though some areas could be maintained better. It’s calm and relaxing, and could suit a family or group looking for a comfortable stay. The rates are on the high side, and the experience may not fully warrant the cost.

We were asked to leave a good Google review, but after checkout money was deducted from our deposit. They took the deposit upfront, then kept part of it for cleaning even though the caretaker had asked us for money repeatedly during the stay. Breakfast was limited, and extra breakfast cost more. Lunch and dinner were limited too. There was no coal for the barbeque, the oven didn’t work, and the indoor games shown in the photos weren’t maintained. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t visit.

The villa felt calm and relaxing, and the natural setting and garden were lovely. We enjoyed the delicious food and the helpful, friendly service. It has beautiful views and private pools, and the comfortable atmosphere seems suited to family stays, celebrations, or a romantic break. The fine dining and relaxing massages were also praised. The rooms and interiors were clean, attractive, and well maintained. That was the one positive for our group of 14. The villa is remote, about 12 km from the nearest station and nearly half an hour away, with a rough approach road. Food was the biggest letdown: although we booked an “unlimited” package, choices were very limited and basic, and lunch and dinner were average at best and not very tasty. Staff service also fell short of what I expected from Spicy Mango. There isn’t much to do, and the pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Power cuts took out electricity for at least two hours, Wi-Fi barely worked, and weak mobile coverage made it hard to stay connected. It didn’t feel worth the money for food, service, connectivity, or activities.

The service was very poor, and the photos and listed amenities gave the wrong impression. There were no indoor games, meals were limited, the AC didn’t work properly, and everything seemed to cost extra. The deposit was another big problem: at checkout everything appeared cleared, but after leaving we received only half back, along with lots of excuses. I wouldn’t book this villa.
