The Arboreal Resort

Parking was the one hard part of the stay. It’s about 3 km from the resort, with no shade for vehicles. My husband and I drove up ourselves, and the rocky, steep road with sharp turns made the 30-minute trip feel like an adventure. I hope management considers building a proper road or providing safer, shaded parking, so guests can leave their cars with peace of mind and comfortably use the resort’s transport. The rest of our stay was wonderful. The forest views were amazing and peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. Staff were helpful, polite, and made us feel safe throughout. It was a beautiful, memorable experience.

We had a peaceful escape from the city at Arboreal Stay. The property is surrounded by nature and beautifully maintained, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The warm, courteous staff were always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The jungle ride theme made the family visit memorable. The resort sits among forest and hills, and in the rainy season a natural waterfall flows through the property. It’s quiet and close to nature, with birdsong as the main sound. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the children enjoyed the private pool. The food tasted good. Because road work was underway, we had to leave our vehicle 2-3 km away and use the pickup and drop service.

We had a blissful stay in the luxury sun room, with a lovely view of the sunset and mountains. The rooms and grounds were tidy and hygienic, and the place felt scenic and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and happy to guide us around. Food was another highlight: the chef served it fresh and hot, and breakfast had plenty of good options. I’d recommend it for a quiet getaway.
