The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, and the food was tasty. Our clean, pleasant room had a few problems: the shower knob didn’t work, the water wouldn’t stop, the knob came off in my hand, and there was no pressure in the shower. The AC also wasn’t working properly. Aside from that, things were good, though the washroom could be cleaner and the towel stand was broken. If they fix that, this is a good place to stay.

The rooms were clean, and the parking is spacious, though uncovered. It’s on Kolhapur highway, with access to Sangli stand and places like Jaisingpur. Packages with breakfast are good, since they include a buffet, and dinner was good too. Service at dinner was slow, and simple orders could take 20-25 mins. One staff member was rude at check-in, but the others handled things well.

The hotel has a very nice ambience and a good location. It’s newly built, with fantastic amenities and rooms that are neat, clean, and hygienic. A nice place to stay.

I chose this room based on the rating, but my experience was the opposite. The staff were very adamant and didn’t seem willing to handle issues properly. It felt like they didn’t understand this is a hotel, not a lodge charging a high price. For two people they provide only 2 x 500 ml bottles, and if you ask for more water, they say it costs extra.

Even though it’s in a small town, the hotel has a distinctive modern vibe. The staff were very polite and professional, and I had a pleasant stay.
