It’s in the city centre near the bus stand, and the rooms work well for a half-day stay with family. Ours was clean and hygiene was maintained. Service was good, and the staff were cooperative.

The staff, just one or two people, were good, and they upgraded our other room to a small suite after we had booked two rooms, one of them a suite. Both suites were clean, with split AC and okay linens, though the bathroom was ordinary. There’s no restaurant, just a tiny dining area where they serve two kinds of breakfast brought in from outside, for an extra charge. There was no housekeeping, and the stay was horrible. The building wasn’t like the one shown on booking sites. They don’t have their own building or car parking. The rooms are on the top floor of a complex. We left the car across a busy road, carried heavy bags past parked bikes, climbed some steps, and walked to a very small reception, about 8x10. A small lift outside takes you to the top floor. We also had to ask the staff to turn on the corridor lights.

The location was a real plus, with nearby amenities and transport easy to reach. Staff were courteous and attentive, making check-in smooth and the stay comfortable. The well-kept rooms and calm, welcoming ambience suited both a short visit and a longer stay.

Staff were supportive and helpful, and even arranged an auto for us. The rooms were very good, service was good too, and cleaning was done daily.
