I stayed here for a wedding function and it was a complete waste of money. The AC didn’t work, the washroom was untidy, and they didn’t provide a water bottle. When I asked about the AC, staff told me to contact the manager, but he wasn’t available, even by phone. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The TV only had a limited number of free channels, and the service was poor throughout. Reception didn’t answer despite my repeated calls, the in-room intercom wasn’t working, and staff didn’t respond to requests for cleaning or repairs. The AC also wasn’t working properly, and its remote was dead. The toilets were so dirty they couldn’t be used, and telling the staff about it got no response or action. Service and maintenance are far below an acceptable level. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Look elsewhere for a decent stay.

The rooms were quite clean, which makes the booking trouble even more of a shame. I had an online reservation confirmed and called afterward, but on arrival was told there were no rooms. The staff said they were no longer connected with the booking agency and had cancelled it themselves, even though I had the hotel’s confirmation message. To avoid being left without a room, I’d suggest calling once or twice a week before your stay to check that the booking still stands. It’s a risky choice because of the administrative hassle.

There was a strong cigarette smell, and they gave our room to someone else before we had checked out. We still had the key! They accepted our reservation but provided one fewer room than we booked. Anyone leaving a good review must be fake.
