Hotel Runway Inn

The hotel was clean and organized, with a positive atmosphere. The support staff were professional and attentive, making my visit a pleasant, stress-free experience. I had a great time at I Hotel today, and it’s one of the better choices in the Babatpur area for quality and comfort. Highly recommended.

The restaurant food was good and satisfying, and the staff were courteous and polite. Pallavi and Indra deserve a special mention for being helpful and warm. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Runway Inn, Varanasi, though the rooms and bathrooms needed better upkeep, and the water pressure in the bathroom was an issue. Decent overall, with maintenance needing attention.

The prices were very high for the poor food and awful service, and even water bottles weren’t complimentary. Breakfast was terrible. I ordered a paratha and waited more than 20 minutes, but it never came, and nobody responded properly. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the bathroom was clogged, with water overflowing after use. Basic hygiene was completely neglected. Horrible experience, absolutely not recommended. The standards were very low for such an unjustifiably high price, and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

I first stopped at Hotel Runway Inn for lunch on my way to Varanasi Airport, since it was afternoon and I was hungry. The food was fresh, tasty, and arrived on time, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. After sorting out my travel plans at the airport, I came back to spend the night. The location, right beside the airport's main entrance, is really handy. My room was neat and comfortable, the hotel felt calm, and the staff were polite and quick to help. Check-in was smooth, and cleanliness and hygiene seemed well looked after. A good option for a clean, comfortable stay with decent food near the airport. I’d recommend it to people visiting Varanasi.
