Treebo City Inn, Satara

Breakfast was tasty and available even though there's no in-house restaurant. For other meals, you can order from nearby good restaurants through Zomato or Swiggy. Mr. Akshay helped us with that personally and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with hot water in the bathroom 24 hours a day. Staff are polite and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr.Akshay, who looked after us during our comfortable stay. I'd give the hotel 5/5 and strongly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, homely stay in Satara.

The breakfast was wholesome, healthy, and tasty, with unlimited portions from a selection of main dishes, entrees, and drinks. It isn't set up like a traditional buffet, but the idea is similar. Options on the day included local favorites such as Poha, Upma, Shira, Idly-Medu Vada, and Omelette. We stopped at Treebo City Inn Satara while travelling to Mumbai along NH48/NH4, and it was a really good experience. The clean, spacious, well-kept rooms were just what we needed after a long drive, but the staff made the stay stand out. Akshay and Bobby were especially warm and sincere. Akshay went above and beyond, sharing great recommendations and helping us find nearby spiritual temples that even major search engines couldn't accurately recommend. His local knowledge and willingness to help made the journey feel more meaningful. For a reliable, hygienic, welcoming place to rest in Satara, I highly recommend it. The team really cared about guests' comfort.

The room was tidy and well maintained, with basic toiletries and clean linen and bedding. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable, and felt like good value for money. We were a family of three travelling from Bangalore to Satara, and after the long journey the staff had our room ready, making check-in smooth and thoughtful. I had mixed feelings about our stay at Treebo City Inn, Satara. The breakfast was limited and there was no in-house restaurant, but what we did get was very tasty and well prepared. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rates felt high for the facilities, and parking was in a gated but adjacent open area. We also found a bloodstain on the bedsheet, though staff changed it quickly after we told them. I first thought I'd give the hotel 2 stars, but Akshay's constant help, kindness, and real effort to make us comfortable led me to rate it 4. He's very young, yet courteous and professional. He pointed us to good nearby places for lunch and dinner, and kept checking that we were okay. When we were checking out, I casually asked if they had a band-aid. He checked the first-aid kit and couldn't find one. Even after we'd checked out, he went to a nearby medical store to get one and handed it to us before we left. He had no obligation to do that, but cared right through to the end. Thank you, Akshay, for making our stay memorable. You're a gem in hospitality, and I wish you great success.
