Sunray Village Resort

The price was far too high for what we got. The place looks nice from outside, but the rooms weren’t properly maintained, especially the AC. Water was leaking, and the staff were rude and very slow with service. Breakfast and lunch were horrible, and there was no proper hygiene. I’ve travelled across India and haven’t had a resort experience this bad anywhere. I don’t know why the government isn’t looking into food hygiene and safety standards here.

The flower street was a great spot for photos, and you can have dinner outside there at reasonable prices, with flowers all around and a nice DJ under the open sky. The greenhouse shows how they grow so many flowers. There’s also an indoor games area next to reception, good for kids and adults who are still kids at heart. The whole place feels peaceful and calm, a welcome break from everyday stress. You can call a buggy to get around everywhere. Rooms are in villas and were neat, clean, and well maintained, with a TV, fridge, and clean washroom. The play area has cricket, basketball, volleyball, and other gear available on request. The private pool can be booked free of charge on arrival. I’d definitely suggest a visit.

The food could be better, especially since there are very few dining options nearby. That was the one drawback, and I would have happily stayed longer if the meals had been better. It’s a relaxing retreat with beautiful surroundings and lots of flowers. The rooms were decent and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s more about simple, enjoyable experiences than luxury, which made the stay pleasant.

The villa room was excellent, and the food was excellent too. Sanjay, sriti, and another female staff member served us so nicely. The place felt like home, with a beautiful atmosphere, greenery, and an awesome flower street. There’s cycling, an indoor kids’ park, and two pools, one private and one common. For the private pool you have to book a slot at reception. We didn’t get one because it was our checkout day and we were late. We’d gone out roaming and didn’t have much time to go here and there, but it was still good. We’ll definitely visit again. Thanks for the service!
