We came for the location, very close to the national park entrance, which is why I'm giving that 4 stars. The rest of the stay was very disappointing. Our room was run down and unclean. The bedsheets, comforter, and towels were stained and dirty, and the floor felt dirty to walk on. We went to the restaurant for dinner but left after seeing its run-down, unclean condition. Before our early safari, we were told the receptionist would help us find the right vehicle, but he was asleep and we had to wake him. We had to wake him again at checkout. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and we won't come back.

Good rooms, good food, good service. Manager Danish is a very nice and helpful guy, and understanding too.

The service manager seems to be everything here, the cook and the cleaner too. None of the doors would close, even the shower door. The place was filthy, there was a lizard on the bed, and the bed was too short. The pillows looked used and had dirty marks on them. The photo showed a pool, but it had no water. The lift was covered in shocking dirt marks.
