The Hammir Wildlife Resort

The only good part was that the manager on duty, RAJENDRA, agreed to tell Cleartrip to refund us, and we got all our money back. We left despite the booking being non-refundable. We’d booked two rooms for 8.5k for two nights through Cleartrip. When we went to look before checking in, they were extremely dirty, and the hotel staff member with us was spitting everywhere. On the August 15 long weekend, just three rooms in the whole hotel were occupied, and much of it was pitch dark. I was travelling with an army man and we still felt unsafe. The property has a nice location and could be very nice if the owner maintained it properly. I’d sleep in the car rather than book here.

The staff made sure we were comfortable throughout, and since we were a family, they upgraded our room. The food was homely and good. During the Diwali holidays the tiger safari was sold out, but Mr. Ali rushed to the booking centre and arranged tickets at the very last minute without us even asking. Five stars especially for the people managing the place. Definitely recommended.

We arrived late at night as two families and only needed a clean bed and bathroom for one night. We’d booked a standard room, but the basic hygiene just wasn’t there and the cleanliness was pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to families.

There’s a large garden and pool, with greenery all around, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The food was delicious. It’s a good place for pet dogs, and the complex is secured with parking inside.
