I felt very safe staying at RBS, even as a woman traveling alone. The surroundings were good, the staff were polite and friendly, and the room was cleaned almost every day. I was very happy with my stay and really satisfied.
The receptionist was especially kind and polite, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and neat.
They didn’t provide complimentary bottled water, and the service wasn’t good. The online rate was 795, but they quoted 1200 in person and finally charged me 1100.
The place was a mess and very unhygienic, and the rooms weren’t maintained properly. There didn’t seem to be proper security either. We arrived late at night and the receptionist was acting wildly and talking insanely. He also tried to get more money from us for no reason. I strongly criticize the OYO chain for ignoring basic hospitality standards. Please don’t book here, this was a horrible stay.
