The central spot is handy: Secunderabad railway station, The bus stand and the secunderabad east metro station are all a 1 to 3 minute walk away. That convenience comes with road noise, though, so I'd try for a room away from the road if you want to sleep. The hotel is decent, but the staff could be nicer and the wifi wasn't working. They provide one half liter water bottle per person daily, with additional can water available on the floors. Check the price carefully when you pre-book.

Date of stay: 14.12.2025. I was extremely disappointed by how one staff member, Meghraj, treated the ladies in our group when we came back from the market at night. His rude, disrespectful behavior made them feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This kind of conduct is unacceptable from hotel staff, and a hotel should offer hospitality and safety, not intimidation or harassment. Management needs to train staff in basic manners and respectful treatment, especially towards female guests. After this incident, I wouldn't recommend the hotel, particularly to families or women travelers.

The room was clean, the washroom was clean, and hot water was available at the time they said it would be. I was here for work and didn't use many room services, but it was still a good stay. The location is a blessing, very close to Rathfile bus stand and Secunderabad railway station, and the room price was economical.

I'd tell people to choose another hotel in this price range. The staff are rude, don't address concerns, and charge for everything, even water bottles. There are no water dispensers on the floors either. They give you a 3 seater even when you ask for a 2 seater, then charge you for the 3 seater. The staff are scammers.
