Panchavati Residency Annex by OYO Rooms

I stayed in Room 103 on October 28. It was extremely dirty and smelly, with mosquitoes, spit stains on the walls and elsewhere, and linens that looked soiled and unwashed. The tap water ran out around midnight, and the owner didn't seem bothered when I complained. I booked through OYO at 655 rupees a night, but the owner took 1000, saying he'd return the balance at checkout. The next morning, while I waited for my Rapido, he made a scene pretending to look for the cash. I was late for an appointment, so I had to leave without the refund. The whole thing is on their CCTV. He promised to send the money through Google pay, but I still haven't received it. I'm disappointed and won't recommend this hotel.

The room and toilet looked unclean and had an unpleasant smell. The toilet wasn't well kept, and the room boy's behaviour wasn't good. I wasn't satisfied with what I paid. As an OYO room, this sort of place damages OYO ROOMS' good name.

It's good, though it feels more like a hostel or PG. There was no hot water in the room and they didn't provide a blanket. We booked a double room but got two separate three-quarter cots.

The room was tiny, with the bathroom attached, and the bathroom was disgustingly unclean. The bed was in terrible shape too. Room service and water supply were poorly managed, and both food and water had to be brought in from outside the property.
