Super Townhouse Raniganj

I had to ask several times to get the washed bedsheet changed. They don't provide cutlery, or even a water glass if you bring your own bottles. There's no bed lamp, and neither the AC remote nor the regular fan worked. Families should avoid this place, or they'll regret it.

The floor was filthy, with dust and debris all over the room. On top of that, the hotel refused our requests for extra pillows and towels, even though we asked for basic items. The AC had no remote, so there was no way for us to adjust the temperature. The room phone was rusty and ancient, and I couldn't tell if it even worked. From check-in on, the whole stay felt like one problem after another. We paid good money and felt completely disrespected. The hotel fell short on cleanliness, upkeep, amenities, and service. I rarely post reviews, but this was the worst hotel stay I've had, and I wish I could give it negative stars. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money. No price would make it worth it. 1/5, and that's generous.

A safe, quiet place near Secunderabad railway station, with nobody disturbing you. The room was clean, the TV worked, and the AC was good. Really great for this price range.

I had to call the reception boys to lock and unlock the room door because the lock kept sticking. The room wasn't clean, the walls weren't clean, and the linen was soiled.
