Airport Pride Inn - Premier

The only thing I liked was the reception from Mr. &Mrs Krishna Reddy. Staff weren't wearing masks until we complained, and no sanitizer was provided. The taps and hoses in the washrooms didn't work, there were no towels, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The AC and TV weren't working either. We were told the booking included a free coffee/Tea kit with a hot kettle and buffet breakfast with room service, but none of that was provided when we arrived. The Wifi worked for a couple of minutes, then stopped. Most pathetic...

The location is really isolated, and the restaurant had only just opened, so my choices were limited. I was there just for the night and had stayed with treebo before, so I booked without thinking twice. This hotel was a different experience. The AC was set to 16 but only blew air, and the washroom sink is really small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was really nice, and the room was convenient. Five stars for the staff. But bed bugs everywhere made the night a real nightmare. Please scan every room, especially the beds and every inch, with ULTRAVIOLET machines to kill bed bugs.

The place was calm and the rooms were good, but I had one of my worst experiences here. I booked this by mistake because there is another airport pride inn near samshabad, and this is a different one. There were no taxis available. We stayed one night, and a guy in the next room kept shouting at someone in the middle of the night. I suspect I heard him hitting someone once or twice. As I was about to tell management, someone else went to his room and calmed him down. I had an early flight, so I left early.
