They claim to offer an airport shuttle, but many of the hotel's claims seem false. The breakfast listing on Booking.com called it exceptional and complimentary, and the rating was 9.2. In reality, they don't have basic facilities or a way to prepare food. They buy it from nearby roadside shops and bring it to the room, with a limit of only Rs 60. See the picture for what they call an “exceptional complimentary breakfast.” The rooms were dirty, beds stained, and there were previously used Condoms on the cupboard. Amenities were lacking, bathrooms tiny and leaking, elevators had no lighting, and reception was poorly lit. The hotel is now called Hotel Galaxy Park. I raised a concern on Booking.com. I'd advise any traveler to avoid this place at any cost.

What stood out was how considerate everyone was. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant servers, staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help, making the stay feel easy and stress-free. Housekeeping kept the room in good shape each day without disturbing my privacy, and room service was prompt. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Free Wi-Fi had excellent speed, which made working and staying connected easy. My spacious, beautifully designed room was exceptionally clean, with a large comfortable bed, relaxing lighting, and a pleasant atmosphere after travel. Fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, complimentary toiletries, and a small welcome note were thoughtful touches. Check-in was quick, and staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

A bad stay. The room didn't look like the pictures, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the TV didn't work. The electricity kept fluctuating and there was no power backup. There was also a water problem.

Breakfast was included in the booking, but none was available, even though I called an hour ahead. The receptionist didn't take it seriously, and we ended up checking out without breakfast.

Stay date:28/09/25. There was no water in the bathroom taps all day and night, and even when we asked, they didn't provide any. We had to use bottled water. The room phones weren't working either, so we had to call from our mobile phones. The rooms were dirty, walls broken, and bed and pillow covers soiled. They wouldn't change them when we asked because they didn't have enough staff. It was a very bad and frustrating stay. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel, even if it cost zero.
