The staff were helpful, and when I found the bedsheets weren't clean, they changed them right away. But management needs to provide basic things like glasses and spoons even without a restaurant. The bathroom was tiny, and the geyser leaked right above the small washbasin. It was a bare-bones stay that worked because the airport was close. If you're visiting Hyderabad as a tourist, I'd stay in Jubilee Hills or Banjara Hills instead. This is an isolated little area near the airport.

I was tired and just wanted a shower and a bed, so I let a lot go. The room was clean, but the bedding and pillows could've been cleaner. There was only a comforter, no bedsheet or pillow covers. The AC didn't work, the TV wasn't connected, despite them giving me three remotes, and there was a faint stale cigarette smell. I also found a cigarette butt in the trash. The service was good. If they'd checked the room, replaced the bedding, and emptied that bin, I would've rated it four stars. Booking.com listed it as 650 ft from the airport, but it's actually 8 km away.

I felt comfortable and had a very nice stay. The hotel is really close to the airport, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and cooperative. The place was very clean, and they changed the clean bed sheets promptly.

I took a room for two hours while passing through on the way to the airport. They stay open late at night, and the room was good, with a geyser available anytime. The location is a big plus, on the highway and just 10 km from the airport.
