OYO 29131 Hotel MN Grand

I’m very disappointed. The hotel and service are third-rate, and the experience was horrible. It was very dirty and unhygienic, with a badly damaged bathroom and water leakage. The cistern didn’t work, and almost every room was defective. The staff were rude.

The room smelled very bad, and the towels and bedsheets weren’t clean properly. There were cockroaches and ants inside, making it a very bad experience. The listing described 240 sq ft, but the room was only 130 sq ft. It showed a microwave, sofa, and iron with stand, but none of them were in the room. I’m not interested in staying again. If you book, please check the room first instead of relying on the reviews.

The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and my room was clean, well-kept, and peaceful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make me comfortable. My stay exceeded expectations and was memorable. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Shamshabad Madhura Nagar.

The complimentary breakfast was awful, served in a dirty chai flask and dirty plates. The room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in, with smelly, dirty bedsheets and towels. The health faucet and washbasin tap were broken, and water spilled into the room from beneath the bathroom door. There were multiple power failures.
