Hotel Sai Gajanan

We came for dinner with friends and had a really bad experience. The staff were no help, and the service was very poor. I wouldn't bring family or friends here.

Food wasn't served properly, and nobody seemed to pay attention to customers. There were no waiters, and the manager wouldn't attend to us either. The employees seemed uneducated and didn't care about guests. The owner should stay and see how the staff are treating people, or close the hotel if that can't happen. A very bad experience. I'd never visit again.

The rooms look nice, and there's a large parking area.

The on-site pure veg restaurant was a highlight for us. The food was hygienic and tasty, prices were reasonable, breakfast came fresh, and they were happy to adjust meals for the kids. Hotel Sai Gajanan is also close to Anand Sagar and Shegaon station, with plenty of parking. We felt safe traveling with children thanks to the 24x7 CCTV security. Our family room fit four people comfortably, and it was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with the basic amenities provided. The beds were comfortable, the curtains and interiors felt fresh and homey, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a long trip. Staff welcomed us warmly, were polite and helpful, and made check-in easy. We had a wonderful stay in Shegaon and would happily return. It's a good value for a Darshan visit, family trip, or small event.
