Hotel Golden Peak by OYO

The bedsheet was dirty, and even drinking water wasn't available for purchase. The caretaker was rude and unhelpful, and his behavior felt very shady. There is no lift, so we had to carry all our luggage up to the third floor ourselves. The shutter gate closes at 10, and after that he won't come down to open it, so you have to open the rusty gate yourself. Put this place at the very bottom of your list if you want a comfortable stay.

I was looking to book for two days, but the guy I spoke with was so unpleasant. Worst receptionist ever. Don't go to this hotel.

I came through OYO, and at reception they told me to pay the bill before showing me the room. When I asked to see it first, they showed me a very unclean, unhygienic room. The service was the worst.

A service boy refused to clean the kettle and told me to do it myself. The bathroom flush and lights didn't work, there was no water, and there was no elevator. It was a terrible experience.
