It's a new property and was kept extremely clean. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were neat and spacious. We were very pleased with the service and the hotel's overall standard. The staff were exceptional, and I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good stay in Shillong. A real example of great hospitality.

The views are stunning, and the staff are cooperative and try to help as much as they can. The hotel is about three years old, with good, well-maintained infrastructure. There are small shops nearby for packaged food and water, and you can meet local people and explore more. It's a good family hotel, but the room I got was very small and better suited to a solo traveler. It's quite far from the main town, so expect to bargain a lot for a taxi or other transport. There isn't a good restaurant nearby, and the hotel food is very expensive. Hot water isn't available around the clock. There's no parking, so if you're coming by car, call ahead to see if they can arrange something.

The staff are what make this a good place to stay. Everyone was helpful and generous with their time and advice, and the management was very good. Rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced, with an amazing view. It's easy to find on Google Maps, the location is good, and everything is within walking distance. Wi-Fi works great, but the Jio mobile network is very bad here. The bathroom was a different story. It's a bit small, which is okay for the price, but water leaked everywhere. The jet spray wasn't working, and water was leaking from it and the flush too.

The staff were cooperative, polite, and well mannered, and they can arrange a taxi if you want to visit nearby places. The rooms are spacious, with very clean attached washrooms, and the food is good. They also provide Wi-Fi and a room blower or heater.
