Hotel Pegasus Crown

The in-house restaurant, FLARE, is a highlight, with lots of variety and quality food at economical prices. I especially recommend trying their SHILLONG SPECIAL MOMO. The rooms were very neat and clean, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot in police bazar of shillong, so it's very convenient. One of the best stays in shillong, and the whole experience was superb.

Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and bar service were all really good, and the staff were cooperative. But there are lots of conditions for customers, limited facilities, and high room charges. The bathroom is so small it's hard to sit or bathe comfortably. Breakfast has a very limited snack selection. There's no TV, only YouTube, and the Wi-Fi was no use. I liked some things, but I won't come back.

I had to cancel because my trip was rescheduled. The staff were supportive and cooperative, started the refund promptly, and clearly explained how long it would take. They made the process smooth and hassle-free. I've now rebooked and trust it'll be a great stay.

I stayed four nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are premium, spotless, and have high-speed Wi-Fi. The hotel is well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere, and breakfast was tasty and healthy, a nice complimentary start to the day. I live in Guwahati and visit Shillong several times a year, and after staying at many hotels, I've finally found one that's good for the stay, food, and overall comfort. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it.
