The staff were very friendly, and breakfast comes with the stay. Rooms are spacious. The roads leading here are quite narrow, and parking is limited to about 2-3 cars in the basement.

A small, cute guest house with clean rooms and a geyser. Breakfast was included, and the lady manager was very responsive. Parking is available, though the road is a bit narrow. Recommended for a budget stay.
10/10
The staff and owner really pay attention to their guests. The place is clean and hygienic, and it's a good option for staying in Laitumkhrah.
10/10
Clean rooms, friendly people, and a homely feel. I didn't regret paying 1.5k for the room. The nearby area is pretty good, with poinisuk and yalana just a few hundred metres away. I'd like to come back. Just keep in mind this isn't for people after a typical classy hotel with fancy designs. It's for people who want to feel like they're living in Shillong.
8/10
The rooms are neat and tidy, the bathrooms very clean, and the staff are good. The property is in a residential area, though the location isn't great and the lane is extremely narrow. There's not enough parking inside, so a big car like an Innova could be a problem.
