MOCAHM Hotel

The only small snag was the geyser not working, so I'd rate the facilities 4 out of 5. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was amazing. I especially loved the sweet corn soup with chicken, it was just wow. The place was clean and tidy, and room service was fantastic. Had a really good stay in Shillong, and I'd definitely recommend it to visitors.

We stayed four nights during winter and Christmas season, while visiting beautiful Shillong. The room and toilet were clean and complete, and the food was scrumptious. The people, from faculty and staff to students, were friendly, professional, and well trained. Their warm smiles felt sincere, just like their slogan. Recommended for a vacation. Well done, MOCAHM team, kudos to everyone!

It's a little far from the main Market, but the staff were very sweet and quick to help with our requests. The rooms were well maintained too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Daris Syiemsad was especially helpful, polite, and efficient with guests. She's a cute and gorgeous girl, and I was very impressed by her. When my daughter and father were suddenly hospitalized during our stay because of health issues, Daris Syiemsad and khabok stepped in to help us. They even visited the hospital to support my family, and I won't forget that kindness. That's what good hospitality looks like. The hotel was excellent, safe, and well located. Our room was spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and lunch and dinner had plenty of choices too. The reception team helped with check-in and check-out and gave directions when we needed help. I'd recommend this place to friends and family, and would stay again if I'm back in shillong.
