The setting is peaceful, away from city traffic and crowds, on the bypass road. The location is very good, with valley-side balconies in the rooms. Just keep in mind before booking that this isn’t a luxurious 3 star or 5 star hotel.

The room we got was the best, spacious and equipped with every facility. The scenery and location were perfect, and all the staff were gentle, polite, and attentive. Meals were awesome, and the tea and coffee were excellent too. Thank you 🙏

It was a quiet stay, surrounded by greenery and away from noise and crowds. The rooms are good, though they could use some improvement, which I mentioned to the hotel manager. The food was very nice, and the staff were polite and cooperative. We’re very thankful to the hotel’s GM, Mr Banerjee, for his wholehearted support and cooperation.

The staff were well behaved and the service came on time. I liked the hotel, and the food was very tasty.

The staff and service were good, but the owner Chander Thakur’s behavior toward us was unacceptable. We were given what they called a Deluxe room, where the balcony glass was already broken, but they tried to blame us for it. When we refused to pay for the damage, MR CHANDER THAKUR, the hotel’s so-called partner, started yelling, threatening us, and using bad words. I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
