Food was good, service was prompt, and the location made it easy to explore nearby places. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Baljees. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the polite, helpful staff made things smooth from check-in to check-out. Good hospitality and value for money. I'd definitely recommend it and would love to visit again.

The back entrance opens straight onto Shimla Mall Road, which was especially handy. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were really friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast on both mornings.

The worst part was how often staff tried to charge extra for things, which felt unreasonable. The bedsheets smelled foul, and the food was very poor. When we complained about the slow service, staff responded rudely instead of sorting it out. Even basic requests took a long time, and the hospitality and professionalism were lacking throughout. There are long stairways and no easy access, so getting around was difficult for children and older guests. I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Baljees Regency and wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast could use more variety, though the stay was good value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Neha at reception was especially welcoming and helped me throughout my stay.

Everything was clean and nicely arranged, and the stay was comfortable. Neha at reception was so friendly and helpful, she made things easy for us with a smile 😊. Would recommend!
