Hotel Snow Lotus

The food was great, and the staff were quite helpful. We stayed two nights in an executive room with an extra bed for the three of us, and found it comfortable. The location is very good, too, with Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple just a few steps away. If you can, visit early in the morning; it feels especially pleasant then. The hotel also has car parking, which can be hard to find at other hotels in Shimla.

Our family function at Hotel Snow Lotus, Shimla went smoothly, and the team helped make it a warm, stress-free occasion. The banquet space was roomy, nicely arranged, and well managed. Staff coordinated everything attentively, handled requests with a smile, and took care over the decorations and food arrangements. Guests especially praised the fresh, tasty food and the range of snacks, main dishes, and desserts. Several family members stayed at the hotel and liked their clean, comfortable rooms and the surrounding hill views. The peaceful setting and friendly service added to the experience. We were glad we chose Hotel Snow Lotus for the function, and I’d recommend it to people planning a stay or event in Shimla.

The view of all of Shimla from this lovely location was a highlight. We had excellent food, too. Thanks to chef Sunil Dutt ji for making it so delicious. Great experience at snow lotus hotel, keep it up, guys!

The staff were humble and supportive, and helped us sort out food for our small kids. We felt safe, comfortable, and welcome. The hotel is well maintained and very nice, with good food and lots of variety. It’s also a short distance from mall road.
