We found differences between the prices listed online and those given offline. The Wi-Fi connection and TV are also having issues. On the positive side, the staff received good feedback, and the accommodations are well kept.

We were there for 3 nights, and the property was clean and well maintained. The food was good, and it's about 20 minutes from Mall Road. Caretaker Vipin and the staff looked after us and were very helpful. The car service was excellent too. Ashish Sharma drove us all 3 days, knew the routes to Shimla and Kufri, and drove safely, which made sightseeing comfortable and easy. Highly recommended!

The service and staff are top notch, and the rest is nice too. Just keep in mind if you're visiting in summer that most rooms don't have a fan or AC.

The staff are warm and accommodating, and the food is tasty. It's in Chhota Shimla, with a serene mountain view and a break from the hustle and bustle. Excellent for families. I'd love to return.

The staff were good, but the room conditions were very bad. The rooms smelled awful and felt unhygienic, and the geysers didn't work. It was an awful stay.
