We had a really enjoyable night here with a mix of European, Western, and Indian travellers. The food was a highlight: I had an omelet for breakfast and garlic chicken in the evening, both were amazing. The rooms were clean, the blankets very warm, and the staff super kind. It's close to the parking and shops. Showers are hot, though the hot water runs out quickly, enough for one short shower. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed one night. The good parts were a clean, cozy room and washroom, helpful staff, food service, and someone took our luggage up for us. The lift is only a few steps away. They don't provide slippers, though, and the spare blanket in the cupboard wasn't clean. The oil used in the food didn't seem good quality.

I was there in December and the experience wasn't good. The room was just so-so, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the food was awful. The heater I asked for barely gave off more heat than a light bulb. After the whole stay, it felt overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it for a family.

Our three-night stay ended up spoiling the trip. The rooms were dirty and so drafty it felt like sleeping outside. Staff wouldn't help pick up our luggage and didn't know how to speak to guests. They charged 500 rs per night for a room heater and wouldn't give us a bill. Seriously a pathetic stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The one thing going for the hotel is that it's near the mall road lift. The food was average, and the rooms were pretty average too, with 3k far too much to pay. They weren't warm, either, cool air came in through a gap in the window. I was told on the phone I could fly a drone from the hotel, but once I arrived they refused permission.
