Justa Cliffend Resort & Spa, Mashobra

We stayed with family for three nights in Deluxe room 202,203, and the whole visit was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Mr.Vijay Sharma, the resort manager, looked after the guest experience, while Miss Indra and Miss Annu provided unexpectedly good service. We were welcomed with Tikka aarti and a healthy welcome drink, then Mr Vijay helped us with nearby places and resort amenities. The rooms were beautifully built, each with a large attached balcony. We enjoyed the temperature-controlled swimming pool as a family in the mountains, and had tasty food in the evening. Thanks to Chef Mr. Bipan, and to juSTa Cliffend.

The peaceful location away from central Shimla and the busy city was a real plus. Our room had a priceless view and was amazingly clean and well kept. The staff were great, especially Jitender Thakur ji, who paid close attention and made sure dinner went smoothly. This hotel is a hidden gem, easily a 20/10.

The view is always right there, whether you’re at the rooftop bar and restaurant with its huge windows or looking out from one of the chalets, rooms, and suites. The hotel stands by itself on the valley slopes, quiet and peaceful, with no traffic noise or light pollution and incredible views across to the mountains. Our room was large and well appointed, with a great bed, balcony, and good A/C. The decor throughout had interesting art and style choices on every wall. There’s a pool, spa, reading nook, and a shabby but usable billirards table. The property is well equipped, with different types of rooms to choose from. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Service was top-notch from everyone, and management checked in personally during our stay to make sure we were happy. Restaurant choices were great, with Indian and global dishes, and the room service menu was extensive. The food was generally freshly made, generously portioned, and full of flavour. Filtered and bottled water were freely available. Special thanks to Mrs Meena and Mr Pushkar for their outstanding service. We really loved it.

The balcony view was a lovely part of our stay at Justa cliffend resort, and the rooms were really nice. We also enjoyed the food, and Ms Anu and the rest of the staff were helpful. We had a great time and would recommend staying here.
