Manaw Valley Resort

The early morning sunlight came right onto our bed, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to catch the sunrise. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and game room. The hotel sits on top of a mountain with an amazing cliff view, in a peaceful location. We stayed as a family and felt at home in the calm, family-friendly atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Food was a highlight too: each meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We requested Jain food, and the chef made fresh, tasty paneer specifically for us. Thanks to the team for making our stay memorable and comfortable. A beautiful, well-maintained hotel.

The view from our room was the best part of our stay at Manaw Valley Resort. The surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made our mornings special. My wife and I chose the resort after reading earlier reviews, and it lived up to what we expected. The staff were polite, supportive, and attentive, and their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well looked after. The food was delicious and good quality too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend Manaw Valley Resort to couples or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in nature while visiting Shimla.

The welcome made a great first impression, with drinks at check-in and a bellboy who showed us around the room and explained how everything worked. The staff were warm and friendly, the rooms were beautiful, and we loved the food. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

We left after less than 12 hours because we were both too unwell to continue our trip. My younger brother and I got sick after staying at Manaw Valley Resort, Shimla, and had to cancel our Shimla plans, cut short our two-night booking, and head straight to Chandigarh. We could barely stay there because our condition had worsened. The room felt claustrophobic, with no ventilation or comfort, and the washroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained. Our view was of a garbage storage area, which smelled terrible. The food was stale, tasteless, and far worse than expected. I wouldn't consider it safe, especially for families or children. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to learn to speak to customers politely and stay within their limits. This place ruined our trip and affected our health. It's overpriced, unhygienic, and a waste of money. I strongly recommend people avoid booking here and save their money and health.
