I would've given it zero stars if that had been an option. I booked a room online through the OYO app for 400 rupees, using my OYO rupees. When I called the hotel for directions, an older woman answered and asked how much I'd paid. As soon as she heard the amount, she hung up and never answered again, either for me or OYO staff. We were left with no idea what to do. A terrible experience.

We arrived at 4 a.m. after booking three rooms, only to be told they were already taken. They gave one room for three families, so in the end two families had to go back home. It was a really bad experience. Guys, don't book here.

The owner was gentle and polite, but OYO 18636 is far from the location shown on the map. If you book it, expect to lose at least two hours of your valuable time getting there. I never expected this kind of mess from OYO Management.

The view from the window is amazing, and the hotel itself is good. The location is the big problem, though. Drivers get irritated trying to reach it.

The bad location could ruin your holiday, and the pin is fake. This is the worst kind of place. Be careful of these cheaters, and don't stay here.
