What made the stay enjoyable was how willing the staff were to help. They handled requests promptly and with a smile, and their upbeat attitude added a lot to guest comfort. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the restaurant team were attentive and friendly. From check-in through checkout, everyone was polite and professional. Their service really improved the hotel experience, and I'd recommend the place especially for its dedicated, well-trained staff. The room was a comfortable, clean place to come back to, and it was well maintained. We also liked the food, with a nice variety and delicious taste throughout the stay. The view was stunning and made it easy to relax after a long day. Nearby attractions, cafes, and local spots were easy to reach on foot. A quiet, comfortable, and convenient place with beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Mr Mark Anthony, the manager, is a lively, soft-spoken gentleman and a very helpful person. The service staff were well behaved and obedient, and the rooms were excellent and clean. The food was lovely too. Great value for money. Loved it, and I'll visit soon. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The food really impressed me as a chef. Every dish was prepared just right, especially the delightful chicken curry and dal tadka. I appreciated the chef calling personally to discuss our order and the hotel's specialties. Mr. Mark Parkash welcomed us warmly and thoughtfully guided us for our onward journey. My sincere thanks to Mr. Deepak Bhansora, COO of the DLS Group, for the outstanding hospitality. His team were professional, educated, humble, and exceptionally courteous. The rooms were clean, the stay comfortable, and the staff polite. Good value for money, and a memorable, enriching experience.

The front office guys were so warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. My friend, family, and I really enjoyed this location and would like to visit again. We recommend this property.
