Hotel snow lotus in Simla was lovely. It’s nine years old, but the pine wood panels and interiors look brand new. Pretty, healthy flowering plants decorate the entrance and lobby, and they’re a pleasure to see. The location is excellent. Get a valley facing room if you can, it’s worth it. The valley and Simla’s night lights are beautiful. Thankyou snow lotus for upgrading our room. God bless you. We had an awesome stay and time, with great restaurant food and kind, polite staff. I’ll visit again. Lots of love n many thanks.

The food was great, and the staff were quite helpful. We stayed two nights in an executive room with an extra bed for the three of us, and found it comfortable. The location is very good, too, with Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple just a few steps away. If you can, visit early in the morning; it feels especially pleasant then. The hotel also has car parking, which can be hard to find at other hotels in Shimla.

Our family function at Hotel Snow Lotus, Shimla went smoothly, and the team helped make it a warm, stress-free occasion. The banquet space was roomy, nicely arranged, and well managed. Staff coordinated everything attentively, handled requests with a smile, and took care over the decorations and food arrangements. Guests especially praised the fresh, tasty food and the range of snacks, main dishes, and desserts. Several family members stayed at the hotel and liked their clean, comfortable rooms and the surrounding hill views. The peaceful setting and friendly service added to the experience. We were glad we chose Hotel Snow Lotus for the function, and I’d recommend it to people planning a stay or event in Shimla.

The staff were humble and supportive, and helped us sort out food for our small kids. We felt safe, comfortable, and welcome. The hotel is well maintained and very nice, with good food and lots of variety. It’s also a short distance from mall road.
