We were a family group of 16, and everyone had a great time. The rooftop and window views were beautiful and added something special to the visit. Mr. Dinesh Sharma, the manager, was especially supportive and made sure we got great service throughout. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and we really liked the food. The location was excellent too, with good connections to Mall Road and Jakhu Temple that made getting around convenient. A wonderful choice for a family trip.

Dinesh at the reception made things easy for us. He was polite and helpful, handled everything professionally, and got us a great deal. The food was delicious, and all the staff were cooperative, well trained, and ready to assist. My stay at Hotel Rocky Knob in Shimla was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service and hospitality were just right, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The food was delicious, and the staff were especially courteous. Everything else was excellent, but I was surprised that a large, reputed hotel didn't have even one heater for guests. In a chilly place like Shimla, heaters are essential.

The views from the room windows at Rocky Knob Hotel Shimla are stunning, especially for watching the valley at sunrise or sunset. Service was polite and attentive, and the meals came quickly and tasted delicious. Kufri and The Ridge are nearby, so getting to them is convenient.
