The service is sooo good, but the rooms are just okay. Only the super deluxe rooms have view balconies, and even then ours had a very average view, partly blocked by trees. There's no lift or proper mirror in the room. You have to spend at least 3000 to 3500 for a room that actually costs only 1000 to 1200. I'd take this room only if I got it for under 1000rs.

The rooms and washrooms were very, very dirty, and the food was below average. It was such a bad hotel experience that I'll never visit Shimla again. Please don't get food from this place.
