Seven Hills Hotel

Special thanks to ms.priyanka for her mind blowing service. The staff were kind, professional, and made us feel welcome. Across the stay, service was great, and the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well organized. They were also beautiful, neat, cozy, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it.

Ms. Priyanka Bhandari helped make our stay comfortable. She was friendly, kind, and professional, and her positive attitude really stood out. The staff overall were polite and very cooperative, too. I had a very pleasant time at Hotel Seven Hills and would recommend it for its warm hospitality and service.

The food was delicious, and having lifts made getting around the hotel easy. We also found the staff attentive, polite, and quick to help, which made things comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a mesmerizing view. I had a satisfying stay at 7 Hills Hotel and would happily recommend it.

The bathroom was in especially bad shape: the shower knob was broken and hard to use, the furniture was rusty and stained, and a makeshift geyser extension pipe had been fitted instead of a regular jet spray. It didn't even reach the WC properly. The rooms looked shabby and poorly cared for, and the hotel itself was old and badly maintained. We booked after seeing the appealing photos and views online, but the real place didn't match them. Cleanliness, comfort, and basic upkeep all fell short, and our stay was very disappointing.
