Shimla Havens Resort

Rahul Sharma, Dev Raj Verma and the rest of the staff deserve thanks for taking care of everything. They were helpful, cooperative and especially supportive in making my daughter's birthday feel special. We spent three nights at Shimla Havens Resort for the celebration, and it became a lovely memory for our family. The resort is surrounded by greenery and set away from the main city, so it has a scenic, peaceful feel that's good for a relaxed occasion. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with what we needed for a family stay. The property is well maintained, and we enjoyed spending time both in our room and around the resort. The food had a good variety and tasted good, and the restaurant service was attentive.

We ran into a difficult situation because of the snowy weather, but Manager Bhanu and his staff went out of their way to help us get through it safely. Their quick support and genuine care made a stressful moment much easier, and I’m grateful for their kindness and professionalism. The food was delicious, too. We had an excellent stay at Shimla Havens Resort and would highly recommend it for the hospitality.

The playground was very well equipped, and the garden was full of greenery and beautiful blooming flowers in different colors. The waiters were friendly, kind and helpful, and the food was finger-licking good. It was a calm, pleasant place, just as the hotel's name suggests. We'd love to stay at this outstanding resort on every trip to Shimla. Thank you!

Mr bhanu and his whole team were gentle and kind. During the snowfall, they helped us leave the property and reach the main road. Without their help, reaching the location for the airport would have been impossible for us. We're sincerely grateful to the team at shimla heaven resort, hats off to them. Everything was perfect, from the food to the location. I'd tell my friends, family and relatives to visit shimla heaven resorts if they want to experience a great property, with good food and everything else.
