Giradhari is a very nice person who manages everything.

I wouldn't choose this hotel, or any other 'Perfect Stayz' property, for a family holiday or business trip. During my stay in Shimla, the caretaker and manager used my personal belongings while I was out of the room. That was a complete breach of my privacy. There was a lot of unethical activity, and when I reported it, the group took no action because I believe they were involved too. I have several pieces of proof.

The location was good, and I booked this place to be near nature and away from crowds, but the service for the price was terrible. The rooms weren't clean, the bathroom tap was broken, and the kettle was broken and dirty, so we had to clean it before using it. Staff weren't cooperative and didn't pay attention to our issues. They took the money, apologized, and told us to manage. We asked to move to another room in the same area at the same price, but they refused with an excuse. The only number we were given for questions was the cook's, and he told us not to keep disturbing him about room matters. We're stuck here for 3 days. Value for money is a big no, the service is pathetic, and the staff are rude and uncooperative.

The room had a lovely mountain view, and everywhere was neat and clean, with a nice atmosphere and good quality food. The hotel staff showed wonderful hospitality, which I appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I hope to drop in whenever I get the chance to be in Shimla.
