There was no TV in the ₹1500 room, and even the welcome kit only arrived after we asked. Parking was cramped, too. The rooms smelled unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable, while service was very poor. The owner came across as focused on money rather than guests. This didn't feel like the 3-star property it claims to be, and I wouldn't recommend it for comfort or good service.

The hotel is right by lakkad bazaar, with the road alongside it, so the location worked really well. Service and food were great, and there's a bar and restaurant.

The parking wasn't good, and the service wasn't good either 😒

Loved staying here. The view from the room was fantastic, the food was good, and the location near mall road was perfect. I'd definitely recommend it 👍👌

A lovely heritage hotel, with a beautiful balcony view of the himliyan range. Room service was the best.
