You can see all of Shimla from the room or shared balcony, and the view is awesome. The host was hospitable, parking is available if you have your own car, and the rooms were clean. The sheets and quilts could have been cleaner, and soap should be provided in the bathroom. It's not very accessible for elderly guests or anyone with knee problems.

The owner is easy to reach and supportive. This village property is a good option if you have your own vehicle, for convenience, and it's 5 km from Mall Road. I'm giving it 4 stars because of a cleanliness issue.

The peaceful location and wonderful Shimla views were a big part of our trip. It's 4-5 km from Mall Road, which might seem inconvenient at first, but Mr. Ajay arranged a cab at a very reasonable price. The rooms, bathrooms, sheets, blankets, and pillows were clean and properly washed, so we had no hygiene concerns. We met genuinely helpful people: Mr. Ajay welcomed us and looked after us hospitably, and canteen cook Mr. Dilip kindly brought food to our room even in heavy rain. The homestay's cab driver, Ajaybhai, was kind and cheerful too. Prices were quite reasonable and good value. I'd recommend staying here if peace and breathtaking views are priorities for your Shimla trip.

The mountain view from the spacious rooms in dudhley is spectacular, and each room has a double bed and a single bed. We booked two rooms for two days and paid 4K total, which was quite cheap. It's a little way from the main Simla city and Mall Road. Room service was good, and the food was good too, though there wasn't much variety. Basic things like soap, shampoo, and towels weren't in the room, and the bedsheets weren't clean.
